Tempeh is a soy-based food typical in Indonesia. A good name, then, for a concert in which the properties of the thousand-year-old gamelan are reinterpreted in an original composition. The premiere of this programme of fusion, which links Porto and Java, marks the end of the Year of the Orient at Casa da Música.
